Evirail

Evirail turns a verbal or paper process into work a crew can follow in the field. Each step can take photos and record exceptions. When the job closes, you have a written report. Over time you collect metrics and get notified of outliers — the unusually good runs, and the ones that need attention.

Who it’s for. Owners and supervisors of field teams who need the job done the same way, every time, with proof.

How it’s built

  • A job is a guided checklist the crew works through on site.
  • Steps accept photos and exception notes so the record is made while the work is happening.
  • Closeout produces a report the office can actually use.
  • Over time the same records feed metrics and outlier alerts.

Teams who want this running on their process. I am looking for the first customers now.

Invistant

Invistant is a contemporaneous record of the job. Photos, notes, documents, and timestamps go in as the work happens. Later you ask a normal question and get an answer that points back at the original sources, so you can verify it yourself.

Who it’s for. Field teams and the people who manage them — anyone who has had a dispute, a callback, or a “that’s not how I remember it.”

How it’s built

  • Records are written as the work happens: photos, notes, documents, timestamps.
  • Natural-language search finds the relevant jobs and incidents.
  • Answers are source-backed — you can open the original photo, note, or file.
  • The point is evidence you can check, not a story the software invented.

Teams who need operational truth they can look up later. I am looking for customers now.
